A newly constructed pathway is giving Childers residents an alternative travel option to get to and from the town centre.
The project, in Broadhurst Street, was a joint initiative of Bundaberg Regional Council and the Government's Works For Queensland program.
The pathway provides connectivity to the CBD for people in the area, especially to residents of the nearby Forest View Aged Care facility.
Crews are also working to construct another footpath in the region, on Lord Street in Childers.
