Pete O'Brien's life is music, from singing, playing guitar, drums and keyboards or spending his days in his own recording studio.
He is always happy to lend his ear and helping other artists along their way is a passion of his even producing CDs for two of Bundaberg’s up and coming artists Ariana Brogden and Hayley Wheeler.
Starting from school choir days Pete has been sharing his music for the past 30 years and was inspired to pursue his love for music by his older brother who is also an accomplished musician.
Pete O'Brien is a big believer in following dreams and said “with hard work you can achieve anything”.
You can find Pete performing regularly in Bundy as a solo artist, in “Obrien” a duo with his brother and with long-time friend Evie, in “2EZ”.
Pete has three albums to his name including Strange Days, recorded in Nashville in 2012, Life, recorded locally in 2015 and Forbidden Love in 2016.
One of his most popular and requested songs is “We live in the same town” a song he wrote after the 2013 floods.
