The Bundaberg Region could have its coldest morning of the year on Monday or Tuesday as an icy blast pushes up from the deep south.
The weather bureau has forecast a minimum temperature of six degrees on Monday and Tuesday.
The lowest so far in 2019 was 5.1 degrees on 15 July — last year on the same date it was 2.6.
Today will be warm and sunny with a maximum of 27 and fine conditions will continue before the temperature starts to drop on Sunday.
