Families enjoyed a morning in Buss Park today when it was transformed into a Christmas activity station that would have made Santa’s elves cheer with glee.
It was all part of the Little Christmas Fun Day, providing a morning of free and festive activities in the park before a screening of Elf at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.
With craft activities, face painting and more, there was plenty of fun at the morning event.
Lance Ker from Local Personalised Services said he attended the Little Christmas Fun Day with nine clients and staff, who all had a great time getting into the festive spirit.
He said the organisation was a community-based provider of holistic quality support and services to people living with a disability.
“We have brought our clients out here today to see the activities in Buss Park and see what the Council has put on for us,” Lance said.
“They really enjoy coming out to the park, going out to the community and they have met up with some other friends here as well.”
The Little Christmas Fun Day was proudly supported by Bundaberg Regional Libraries, Moncrieff Entertainment Centre and First5Forever.
