Having taken over Indulge three years ago, Mitch and his partner Marleen have been going from strength to strength, providing foodies with delicious meals made from local produce.

“Our menu is very locally driven, we use local produce and we don't buy anything that is per-packaged,” Mitch said.

“Bundaberg is the perfect place to be able to do that.

“We are lucky to have so many growers and farmers in this region and we try to utilise everything we can that is local.”

Mitch said another driving force behind Indulge Cafe's continued success was the people who had come back time and time again to enjoy the food.

“It means everything to have a loyal customer base, without them we wouldn't be here,” he said.
