New release to meet demand for coastal land

Growing demand for land at Woodgate Beach housing development Kinkuna Waters Estate will be met with the release of 24 new lots by Bundaberg Regional Council.

A surge in land sales in the coastal estate during COVID-19 had left land stocks in the development at an all-time low.

Woodgate Realty partner Kevin Carr said the hunger for large coastal lots, coupled with buyers looking to leave the major cities, had contributed to the spike in demand.

“The release of stage two of Kinkuna Waters Estate will be one of the success stories for 2021,” he said.

“Buyers discovered the value stage one delivered, making these blocks some of the best performing land sales in the area.”

Kevin said the large blocks averaging 2000 sq m were clear of vegetation and ready to build on, which meant buyers were getting additional value on their purchases.

“The estate is less than six minutes to the beach and surrounded by the pristine Burrum Coast National Park,” he said.

“The area has a lot to offer with a boardwalk, walking trails, four-wheel driving tracks, and secluded beachside picnic areas all in close proximity.”

Kevin said that Woodgate Beach Realty has plans to conduct virtual tours of Kinkuna Waters Estate to help showcase the beauty of the area and reach even more buyers.
