Ticketmaster has begun selling tickets for Nitro Circus Live (You Got This Tour) at the Bundaberg Recreation Precinct on 28 November 2021.
The performance was originally scheduled for 28 March 2020 but had to be cancelled because of coronavirus restrictions.
Bundaberg Regional Council provided $10,000 sponsorship and free venue hire to bring Nitro Circus to Bundaberg.
Before the cancellation, Bundaberg was the event's biggest-selling in Queensland.
Anyone who had secured tickets for the March event will have their seat locations honoured for the new show date.
Original Bundaberg ticket holders will also receive an exclusive discount as a “thank you” for their continued support.
Nitro Circus is renowned for delivering some of the biggest moments in action sports over the past 15 years.
Founded by friends with a passion for pushing the limits and having fun in the process, Nitro Circus was established in the United States and has transformed into a live touring phenomenon that continues to travel across multiple continents each year.
Nitro Circus president Andy Edwards said last year he had been blown away by the response from Bundaberg patrons.
“We knew we had a lot of fans in Bundaberg, and so always felt really good about bringing our show to this market but no-one foresaw that we would be outselling the likes of Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Townsville on previous tours,” Andy said.
“The riders love big and passionate crowds and that is exactly what Bundy is going to bring. What a show this is going to be!”
Mayor Jack Dempsey said Council recognised that there was a high level of community interest in bringing events like Nitro Circus to the area.
“That's why we were pleased to provide assistance to secure this event for the Bundaberg Region,” Mayor Dempsey said.
“I hope that residents have a great time watching this world class performance right here in Bundaberg.”
