Captain is looking for his next crew

Cap is up for adoption at RSPCA Bundaberg

Cap, short for Captain, is a one-year-old Bull Arab mix who is looking for a new home.

Loving being around humans, he won’t leave your side once he gets to know you, especially loving long walks on the beach!

His new home will need secure fencing and nice big backyard for him to conduct his daily border patrols.

He would be best fit for someone who is home most of the time, as he does suffer from a touch of separation anxiety.

Once he grows up a bit more and finds his loving forever home, this will hopefully settle down.

Due to his strength and tendency to get over-excited, Cap is looking for a home with no children and wouldn’t be the best fit for older people either, tending to be a bit jumpy and mouthy during play.

He would love to be in a home with another dog to have a friend to play with, although it would be important to do a meet and greet first to make sure they get along.

He is available for adoption from RSPCA Bundaberg for $350.

The adoption fee includes his desexing, microchip and health check and ensures he is up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments.

If you think you have the loving, caring home Cap is looking for, please fill in our online application.

RSPCA Bundaberg is located on Doblo Street, and open Wednesday to Sunday weekly.
