Frogs
Did you know that there are six green tree frogs who call the Alexandra Park Zoo home?
The zoo team have designed their habitat to reflect that of a lush backyard, with branches, greenery and plenty of rocks and logs to hide away in.
The frogs range in size, have smooth green skin with scattered white spots on their back and creamy white underbellies.
Their skin has a waxy coating to help reduce evaporation.
