Bundaberg RSPCA staff said Arj is a sweet young male, who found his way to the shelter as a stray.

Arj is a five-month-old, boxer-mix pup looking for a new home and forever family at the Bundaberg RSPCA.

Bundaberg RSPCA staff said Arj was a sweet young male, who found his way to the shelter as a stray.

With nobody stepping forward to claim him, he is now looking for a fun, loving family to offer him a new home.

Described as having a lovely nature, Arj is affectionate and playful.

“He just loves his squeaky toys,” Bundaberg RSPCA said.

“From what we know of Arj so far, he seems to be a very sociable little chap, enjoying the company of other friendly dogs.

“Arj is also very smart. He is coming along nicely in his training and is mastering the art of walking calmly on his harness and he has a lovely ‘sit’.

“A commitment to his ongoing positive reinforcement training would be ideal.

“He really enjoys learning new things for treats.”

Secure fencing and a high-quality diet are essential to keeping Arj fit, happy and healthy.

Arj's adoption fee is $350 which includes his desexing, microchip, health check as well as up-to-date vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
