Bundaberg Regional Council will be undertaking drainage works on Cousins Road, at the intersection of Church Street, Horton from this week.
Church Street will not be accessible via Cousins Road during construction.
The work site will be signed accordingly, with traffic management measures in place to guide motorists.
Weather permitting, all works will be completed within three weeks.
Works will be undertaken on weekdays, during the hours of 6 am to 6 pm.
The Site Supervisor will liaise with directly affected residents to facilitate property access during construction.
The Site Supervisor will also discuss where to place your wheelie bin prior to the day of collection where works conflict with your refuse collection.
Bundaberg Regional Council is aware of the inconvenience construction work causes and thanks road users in advance for their patience and co-operation.
