Polly is a lovable and sociable dog looking for a new home with space to run.
She is a great dane/hodesian ridgeback mix so needs an owner with experience with larger breeds.
Her new home must have secure fencing and room for her to really stretch her legs.
Polly’s new family should be willing to invest some time into her training as she can be a bit jumpy.
She loves food and especially treats so that should speed up the learning process!
Polly also loves to play with toys and other dogs but can be wary of people she doesn’t know yet.
Calm reassurance and creating positive experiences will help boost her confidence and build trust.
As a big dog, Polly also needs a high-quality diet to help her bones and joints develop.
She is looking for a home with older kids, preferably 12+.
If there are other dogs then a household meet and greet can be arranged prior to adoption.
Polly is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
