The Gymfinity junior girls’ squad recently competed at the Central Queensland Regionals held in Gladstone, claiming eight first overall places out of a total of 11 levels and divisions.
Gymfinity Club coach Tracy Hogan said the 2024 season had been one of their best both regionally and at State Clubs.
What were the club’s achievements?
Gymfinity achieved 8 out of 11 Regional Champions across Level 3 to 6 in WAG 2 Regional Champions in MAG and in WAG – 15 top 3 places across the divisions.
Regional Club Award – 1st Level 3,4 and 6, 2nd Level 5, 1st overall combined.
This is a round robin competition across all Central Queensland clubs throughout the competition season.
What were the highlights?
The dominance of places throughout all the levels, this has been present throughout the whole junior season.
The level 3 team being our newest group to the competitive squad and performing consistently throughout the season.
Joanna Lee dominated Level 5 Open throughout the whole season on all apparatus.
We saw improvements of many gymnasts throughout the season.

What do these achievements mean to the club?
It was great to achieve so many places across all levels with all athletes.
What competitions are coming up?
Junior State Championships in the September holidays.
Our squads are looking to challenge Brisbane-based clubs with our Level 5 and 6 athletes looking to improve on their performances and places last year.
How can community members get involved in the club?
Enrolments are taken all throughout the year and we run classes on school terms.
