Bundaberg Regional Council advises that the groin wall in Bargara, accessed from the Turtle Park area on Bargara Esplanade, has been closed due to safety concerns.
An inspection has been carried out which identified parts of the access path’s foundations had been undermined.
Signage and temporary fencing is in place and the community is asked to please heed the warnings and no longer continue to access the groin wall until further notice.
