How to: list your event on Council’s event calendar

Bundaberg Regional Council’s event calendar is a great way to share upcoming local events with the wider community.

Anyone wanting to list an event can do so by heading to Council’s website.

From there, organisations, community groups and individuals can create an account and sign in to submit their event.

Should you ever need to change your event’s details, simply log in to the event page on Council’s website and update whenever necessary.

Event listings before February 2025

In February 2025, Council improved the way community members can submit and edit their event listings.

Follow these steps to create an account and submit your event:

  1. Head to Council’s website and create a MyCity account.
  2. Once signed in, follow the prompts to create a new event or edit an existing event.
  3. Once submitted, Council will review your event.
  4. Should you ever need to update your event’s details, you can now log in via Council’s website and make changes whenever necessary.
