Local organisations and volunteers have been awarded for their service and dedication to the community as part of the Regional SES Awards.
Prior to SES Week in August, regional ceremonies are held and Achievement Certificates are presented to SES members who have given a special contribution to the service.
At the regional ceremonies, Regional Awards are also presented and these recipients are automatically nominated for the State Awards held in August during SES Week.
The Regional SES Awards are an annual celebration of the dedication and achievements of SES volunteers.
During the Regional SES Awards, several awards are presented on a regional level, including the Regional SES Achievement Award.
All awards recognise SES volunteers, both as individuals and collectives, who have given a special contribution to the service.
The Regional SES Achievement Award is given for special contribution by an individual to the SES, through compassion, support, commitment, diligence or skill.
