Botanic Gardens - Activity Booklets

Bundaberg Botanic Gardens is open daily during the September/October school holidays.

Pick up the latest garden kids activity booklet from the brochure stand at Café 1928 between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Sunday.

This activity is perfect for younger members of your family. Match colours, find objects, count and rhyme words!

Alexandra Park Zoo - Keeper Talks

Discover Alexandra Park Zoo's animals through free keeper talks these school holidays.

This activity is suitable for the whole family.

Stay on afterwards and enjoy free colouring in activity sheets.

Visit a playground

Explore your local parks these holidays – our park in the spotlight is Mary Kinross Park.

It’s the perfect place for kids to practice their bike and scooter skills.

Big kids can enjoy the coffee van on site from 7 am – 11.30 am daily, and don’t forget to bring your furry mate to the dog park.

Shaded playground and picnic facilities plus toilets are all on site

Bringing ancient creatures from the land and sea together in one show, Erth's Prehistoric World is the perfect combination of theatrical magic and charm.

It takes the audience to the bottom of the ocean to discover ancient bio-luminescent creatures and incredible marine reptiles, and then back to dry land to witness some of the most amazing dinosaurs to have ever walked this Earth.
