Bundaberg Regional Council's Move It Expo is gearing up for 2020 with more than 60 stallholders confirmed for the event on 16 February.
To be held at the Multiplex, Mayor Jack Dempsey said this year's event was expected to be bigger and better than ever.
“The Move It Expo is a great opportunity to view everything sport and fitness that the region has to offer,” he said.
‘Whether you want to know more about aqua fitness, join a football team or simply find out what healthy activity would be best for you, come along to the event where there will be information aplenty.
“There's even the chance to win some great prizes from Rebel Sport on the day.”
Mayor Dempsey said the Move It Expo was part of Council's continued push in providing residents with more options to lead a healthy lifestyle.
“Giving our community more options when it comes to health and fitness is exceptionally important,” he said.
“We believe sport and recreation is one avenue that can help to improve the quality of life and well-being of the community while delivering far-reaching social, economic, environment and health benefits.”
Mayor Dempsey said Council had partnered with 4BU and Hitz 93.9FM for this year’s Move It Expo with the whole community invited to attend the annual event.
