Princess Polly is a fun loving chihuahua currently with Red Collar Rescue who is looking for a new home to live out her retirement years.
According to her foster carers, the 10-year-old Polly is a true little princess.
“She's in her retirement years now, and just wants a quiet home where she can be nursed and spoilt,” the listing said.
“She has a lovely gentle nature and seems to enjoy having the company of another little dog.
“She has just had a full dental, with a few extractions, plus a full health check and is ready to start looking for her new family.”
The adoption fee is $350 for Princess Polly who is microchipped, desexed, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm treated and is happy to live with other cats and dogs.
“She has had a full health check, plus blood tests and is lovely and healthy for a girl of her age,” Red Collar Rescue said.
Red Collar Rescue is a small rescue at Biggenden that takes in “death row dogs” from various locations throughout the region.
“We microchip, vaccinate, desex and heart-worm test.
“We are always looking for forever homes for our deserving dogs.”
Red Collar Rescue stresses that they have a strict adoption policy.
“All applications are based on the best interests of our animals and the pets currently in the household.
“We prefer that other pets in the household be current with vaccinations and desexed.”
