Dashing Diesel is a Chinese Shar Pei cross currently with Red Collar Rescue who is looking for a new home that will appreciate his boundless energy.
His foster carers describe him as a dog who knows how to have fun … and more fun … and more fun!
An eternal teenager, he is always quick to grab a ball or encourage the other dogs to join in for a plat and a bit of fun.
“He needs an active family and another dog that can share his adventures and help him use up some of his energy,” Red Collar Rescue said.
“He's very smart, and quick to learn, so would excel in doggy sports or obedience.
At 15 months old, he's the perfect age to start training.”
Described as a staffy x shar pei mix Dashing Diesel weighs in at 22 kg.
His adoption fee is $350 and he is desexed, vaccinated, wormed and heartworm treated.
Red Collar Rescue is a small rescue at Biggenden that takes in “death row dogs” from various locations throughout the region.
“We microchip, vaccinate, desex and heart-worm test.
“We are always looking for forever homes for our deserving dogs.”
Red Collar Rescue stresses that they have a strict adoption policy.
“All applications are based on the best interests of our animals and the pets currently in the household.
“We prefer that other pets in the household be current with vaccinations and desexed.”
