LiveBetter Bundaberg is hosting a pop-up COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination clinic for people with a disability, staff of all disability and aged care providers and household family members of both.

The clinic will open in the Bundaberg Civic Centre tomorrow, Thursday, 5 August.

LiveBetter CEO Natalie Forsyth-Stock said the launch of the Pop-up Pfizer Vaccination Clinic was important to ensure community members with a disability and vulnerable front-line disability and aged care staff had access to the vaccine.

“You don’t have to be a customer or employee of LiveBetter to attend our free pop-up clinic and we are happy to assist vulnerable community members in getting their jab so they can stay safe,” Ms Forsyth-Stock said.

“LiveBetter is on the front foot in regards to ensuring our customers, staff and families have access to the Pfizer vaccine and have already run vaccination clinics in Rockhampton and Mackay.

“Take up so far has been really strong.”

To book in for your vaccine, simply visit www.qld.livebetter.org.au/covid-19 and follow the steps.

You will be required you bring along your Medicare Card, photo ID and complete a COVID-19 Vaccination Consent Form.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, as there is a limited supply of vaccines.

  1. I have not been notified with an appointment when my second Pfizer jab is . I had my first one at the Civic Centre Bundaberg 5thAug and was told I would be notified of my next appt but have not as yet.

  2. Re Helen… the ideal time is 12 weeks apart for maximum immune response. You can get it before then if doses are available. I’d advise making a appointment in 10 weeks time if you have not heard anything.
