From writer-producer-director Todd Field comes the psychological drama TÁR, starring Cate Blanchett as Lydia Tár.

Grab your movie snacks as there’s something for everyone and plenty to see on the big screen at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.

As well as live performances, the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre has a number of fantastic movies to help see the community through to the end of June.

Movie lovers are in for a treat with two Oscar-nominated psychological dramas featuring both TÁR and then The Whale on screen on Saturday 29 April.

From writer-producer-director Todd Field comes the psychological drama TÁR, starring Cate Blanchett as Lydia Tár.

TÁR will screen at 2 pm with all tickets $12 each.

Then the audience can sit back and take in The Whale, an American psychological drama film directed by Darren Aronofsky and written by Samuel D. Hunter, based on his 2012 play of the same name.

The Whale stars actor Brendan Fraser and will be shown at 6 pm with tickets also all $12 each.

Jack Absolute Flies: National Theatre Live will screen at Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.

Community members who enjoy theatre through cinema, will enjoy the rollicking new comedy by Richard Bean and Oliver Chris with the Jack Absolute Flies: National Theatre Live.

Jack Absolute Flies: National Theatre Live will screen at Moncrieff Entertainment Centre on 7 June at 1 pm. Tickets are $28 adults, $24 for concession, and $15 for 20 years and under.

Towards the end of June, Bundaberg community members can sit back and relax with Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance with Somebody showing at 10.30 am on 21 June.

Before wrapping up June with another movie double to celebrate Pride Month.

Two special LGBTQIA+ films will be screen back-to-back with both Spoiler Alert and Bros screening on Friday 30 June.
