One of Australia’s most loved comedians Jimeoin will have the Bundaberg community in stitches as he performs at Moncrieff Entertainment Centre next month.
Jimeoin said last time he visited the region he enjoyed dining at local restaurants and he looked forward to reminiscing on his return in June for his The Craic tour.
“I enjoy the area [of] Queensland a lot as it is so different from where I grew up,” he said.
Described as an all-round likeable rogue, Jimeoin happily imparts his clever and quirky observations on everyday suburban life in his trademark light-hearted style in his new stand up show.
He said the Bundaberg audience could expect to enjoy a fun-filled evening with no set agenda at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.
“We can expect a bloody good laugh,” Jimeoin said.
“Nothing short, no politics, no message, no agenda.
“(I am) just trying to make people laugh and so far it’s been going really well.”
Jimeoin’s regular appearances at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and his widely successful Australian tours attract sell-out advance bookings.
Internationally, he has toured to great acclaim from New York to New Zealand, Aspen to Amsterdam, the Middle East to the Far East.
He has also performed around Europe and the UK and is a regular invitee to the Mecca of comedy, Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival, and he will now appear at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre in June.
