Christmas parties, carols, markets and more are on, with something for everyone to enjoy.

Mumma’s Nest Christmas Market

From baubles to fudge, boutique crafts to personalised gifts, Mumma’s Nest Christmas Market is a beautiful indoor market for all your Christmas shopping.

Jewellery, custom signs, plants and even gifts for your four-legged creatures will be on offer from the more than 70 stalls at this year’s event.

Get your 2024 Bundaberg Region Christmas bauble at the Mumma’s Nest Christmas Market, just $10 with all proceeds go to the Mayor’s Christmas Appeal to help residents in need during the festive season.

When: Friday 29 November 5.30 to 8 pm, Saturday 30 November 8am to 1pm

Where: Bundaberg Multiplex Sport and Convention Centre

Christmas Art and Craft Market

Thyme Bundaberg Springs is hosting its annual Christmas Art and Craft Market with stalls including handmade gifts, artworks and homemade treats.

Embrace the festive season with a curated selection of handmade treasures and delicious delicacies from the local community.

Discover more than you expect as you browse our range of stalls for that perfect stocking filler, gift for a loved one, or something small for yourself.

Murri Christmas Under Dreamtime

A free community celebration including a delicious BBQ feast, petting zoo, First Nations-inspired art and crafts, and an outdoor movie screening.

All community is invited to join a joyful and free celebration filled with cultural richness and festive fun.

Discover First Nations early childhood education and development opportunities while connecting with your community.

When: Wednesday 11 December 4 to 9 pm

Childers Playgroup Christmas Party

Childers Neighbourhood Centre invites all families to join the end of year Christmas Party.

Come along and bring your Christmas cheer as we celebrate the end of a wonderful year of Playgroup.

We may even have a special guest popping in for a visit! 

When: Friday 13 December 9.30 to 11.30 am

Where: Child and Family Building, 14 Hinkler Street, Childers

Please remember a wrapped book with your child’s name on it for Santa to hand out, to be dropped off by 10 December. 

Cost: Free. RSVP required for catering.

Burnett Heads Community Christmas Dinner and Party

Burnett Heads Progress and Sports Association is hosting their Christmas Party, a wonderful evening of entertainment and activities for all ages.

Family-friendly activities like a jumping castle, face painting and a magical visit from Santa Claus himself.

Adults can enjoy live music by The Other Block, raffles offering fantastic prizes, and drinks available for purchase.

This year’s dinner is available for all ages, with a specially priced kids meal available.

When: Saturday 14 December 4 to 9 pm

Where: Jack Norgate Oval, Zunker Street, Burnett Heads

Coral Coast Community Carols

Delight in an evening of community celebration at Coral Coast Christian Church community carols.

Free face painting, petting zoo and jumping castle will keep the kids entertained, with a nativity play, food stalls and carol singing to round out the family-friendly event.

When: Saturday 14 December, 5.30 to 8.30 pm

Where: Coral Coast Christian Church, 596 Windermere Road, Bargara

Childers Community Christmas Movie

Enjoy some family-friendly school holiday Christmas fun at the Childers Community Christmas event.

Staring with The Grinch movie at the Paragon Theatre where each guest will receive a bag of popcorn on entry to enjoy while watching the movie.

After the movie, enjoy Christmas arts and crafts.

Families are encouraged to come in their best ‘Grinch’ costumes, with a prize for best dressed and a lucky door prize.

When: Monday 16 December, 9 am to 1 pm

Where: Paragon Theatre, 75 Churchill Street Childers

Cost: $5 per person, bookings here. RSVP by Wednesday 11 December to secure your spot.
