X42 Monitoring is a local start-up set out to redefine water tank monitoring.
Our business provides an innovative standalone water tank monitoring solution designed for households, farms and commercial properties.
It ensures water security by tracking levels, consumption, and run-out predictions, with no ongoing costs or reliance on 4G, satellite or internet.
Bundaberg’s strong regional economy, growing infrastructure, and supportive business community make it an ideal location for our venture.
We see our business complementing the region’s industries while addressing a critical need.
Co founder Roland Stehle loves the region and set up shop many years ago in Horse Camp.
He said his startup had gone from strength to strength.
“We have been selected Top 8 Finalist Innovators Beanstalk Drought Venturo Studio, a Future Drought Fund initiative,” he said.
“Currently we are completing product development and set up for manufacturing.
“The community’s enthusiasm and interest in smart water management have been inspiring.
“Connecting with locals and receiving positive feedback have reinforced our mission.”
Roland said by manufacturing in the region, he was working on his vision to create jobs in assembly and customer support while fostering growth in the local tech sector.
“Our business will stimulate the economy through local partnerships,” he said.
“We appreciate the local support we have received so far and look forward to working together to build a sustainable future, right here in the Bundaberg region.
“Locals can support us by spreading the word, adopting our solution, and collaborating on water-saving initiatives.
“We are here to provide practical, affordable water monitoring solutions that improve water management.”
