Bandit, the Jack Russell terrier and stumpy-tailed cattle dog cross, has an incredibly sweet nature and is ready to make someone’s life complete.
The team at Red Collar Rescue, who are advertising for Bandit’s adoption, said he is currently staying on a farm and has shown no interest in the horses, cattle, even the chickens.
He happily coexists with the cats, although if they run, he will chase them as he loves a game!
Very loyal, Bandit loves nothing more than to be right beside you.
He gets along well with other dogs and while he can be timid when he first meets you, once he warms to you, you are forever his best friend.
At night he will cuddle up on your lap while you watch TV but as soon as you hop up and show that you are ready for bed, he will beat you there and be curled up on your pillow by the time you put on your pyjamas.
At 11kg Bandit is the perfect size if you enjoy travelling as he loves the car.
While he can be mischievous with normal Jack Russell cheeky behaviours, his little quirks more than round out his personality.
