Division 8 councillor Steve Cooper has welcomed the completion of line marking for car parks in Penny Lane at Branyan School.
Cr Cooper said along with a new footpath and crossing it was all ready for the start of school on Tuesday. New car park access has also been completed.
“It’s an outstanding job by all,” he said.
“There’s still a bit of work to be done on Bocks Road parking, but it’s looking so good.
“This has been a combined effort by the developers of the new estate and Bundaberg Regional Council.”
