
The Woodgate Beach First National Real Estate team was recognised at a recent state awards event.
The awards recognised the achievements of First National’s Queensland agents throughout 2024, with winners now progressing to the national awards which are to be announced at the network’s annual convention this May.
Woodgate Beach First National principal, Michelle Cocking, said it was her team’s honour to be recognised for the results achieved over the past 12 months.
“These awards are a testament to the dedication, expertise, and resilience of my team,” she said.
“Their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, even in the face of challenges, is truly commendable.
“Each accolade reflects not only their individual talent but also our collective drive to set new benchmarks in real estate.
“I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.”
At the awards presentation, Woodgate Beach First National received the following:
- Lifestyle Award for the Highest Number of Settled Sales and the Highest Gross Sales Commission for a small office in QLD
Key staff members were also recognised for their individual performances:
- Michelle and Patrick Cocking received the Diamond Lifestyle Commission award
- Michelle and Patrick Cocking received the Lifestyle Award for the Highest Number of Settled Sales and the Highest Gross Sales Commission in
Michelle said the First National Real Estate State Awards were an important event as they as they encourage First National’s agents to aspire to an ongoing process of performance improvement that benefits customers.
