Bundaberg Rum is on the hunt for a rum aficionado to join the team as its Chief Flavour Officer and there's only two requirements for the role – you must be over 18 and you must be double vaccinated.
The CFO opportunity has been described as “the best jab in the world” and will see one lucky rum lover take on plenty of perks over the next year.
A Bundaberg Rum spokesperson said the CFO position had been created to help increase vaccination rates during the pandemic.
“With all the excitement about increasing vaccination rates and things re-opening, we thought this could be a fun conversation about a new job/jab opportunity that will be up for grabs for any Aussie that is double jabbed,” the spokesperson said.
“Becoming CFO means you will get a crash course in rum at the Bundaberg distillery, learning the ropes with two of your mates, followed by dinner with the distillery team.
“The successful applicant will also receive a package of Bundy’s best offerings because our new CFO needs to know the many flavours of Bundy to succeed in the role!
“There is also the opportunity to weigh in on new products, including our next distillery edition, getting one of the first from the production line!”
The spokesperson said to obtain the job, applicants needed to be over 18 years old and be able to prove that they had adequate jab experience – both COVID jabs, that is.
