Crush Wedding Spectacular to open doors in Bundaberg

Crush Wedding Spectacular
The Crush Wedding Spectacular will be hosted by Host Cassandra Egan from Elegant Events.

Stallholders, live music, pop-up shops and more will be part of the Crush Wedding Spectacular to be held in Bundaberg on Sunday.

Having been postponed since 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions and the unpredictability of weddings, the annual event helps connect engaged couples with local wedding businesses.

Host Cassandra Egan from Elegant Events said this weekend’s expo would be an
intimate event building to a full-scale extravaganza in February 2023.

“After two years of uncertainty we wanted to host an interim event this year, while the industry continues to get back on its feet and couples feel more confident their event will go ahead without any unexpected delays,” she said.

“The Crush Wedding Spectacular will return to full capacity in February.

“We have more than 30 wedding vendors and suppliers attending this year, and they are just as excited about the return of the Crush Wedding Spectacular so they can meet and talk with couples face to face and share in their excitement.”

In addition to stall holders, the event will also feature live music, a pop-up shop by Mint Six Boutique, as well as swag bags for the first 100 couples through the doors.

“We also have a major prize raffle, valued at more than $5000, which includes a celebrant, music, venue, photography and grazing table,” Cassandra said.

“This year we have also welcomed Crush Bridal as our naming-rights sponsor.”

Doors will be open 9 am to 1.30 pm at the Bundaberg Civic Centre.
