Having an opportunity to share our region's food producing rock stars and their passionate stories to the nation is a fantastic way of highlighting the authentic Bundaberg experience which visitors can expect to have on holiday.

“From our world-class drink brands, our warm welcome, beautiful beaches and fresh tastes, who better to share their legacy and the place they call home, than the makers themselves. “

Lincoln Kirchner, Founder of The Seafood Smokery, said he looked forward to sharing his story with locals and visitors following the episode.

“We were thrilled to be part of the Taste of Australia with Hayden Quinn production,” he said.

“We enjoyed meeting Hayden and sharing in his enthusiasm for our business, working together on discussing our product process, sharing our story that has shaped our family business and bringing insight to the region's incredible seafood offering.

“Throughout the episode we hope to capture the bespoke techniques and careful journey that we take to produce our award-winning products and entice visitors far and wide to come take a taste and experience if for themselves.”
