The Athletes Foot has reopened its doors in the Bundaberg Region with the owners looking forward to its continued growth.
Opening at Sugarland Shopping Plaza, The Athletes Foot store manager Chris Schultz said he was excited to provide the community with a new option of shoe shopping.
Employing seven new staff initially, Chris said the company had been keen to reopen in the Bundaberg Region which was steadily growing economically.
“The Athletes Foot Bundaberg has been ranged with product to specifically target the regional needs of the community, with an extensive range of run, walk, work shoes,” he said.
“As well as fitting for medical grade footwear needs, sandals, thongs and of course kids’ shoes school and sport.
“It’s been a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the reopening of the brand in Bundaberg.
“We are looking forward to seeing the store grow.
“We’ve obviously had the store in town before, and our recent temporary pop-up shop was so well received – people definitely know the brand and are excited to have us open.”
Chris said unique to The Athletes Foot was the latest show fitting technology – MyFit 3D.
“We are so excited to be back delivering FIT Locally.
“Getting to know the locals again and having the opportunity to get involved with local medical professionals, schools, clubs and sporting teams.
“The feet play an important role in the body, and if they are not happy then other parts of the body aren’t happy – so you definitely want to look after your feet as best as possible and that’s what we are here to help with.”
