Gentle paddy is a sweet, slightly timid Australian cattle dog cross who is available for adoption at Red Collar Rescue.
The one-year-old pup has yet to fully gain his trust in people.
He came to the team at Red Collar Rescue starved, and with the right care, he has gained five kilograms in just a few weeks, now weighing in at a healthy and happy 25 kilograms.
Paddy is still learning to walk on lead, and needs a bit of reassurance as he goes, but every time he walks, he gets a bit better.
A calm home will be best for him, lots of love, and the opportunity to spend quality time with his people.

About Red Collar Rescue
Red Collar Rescue Inc. was established in 2009 and became a registered organisation in late 2010 with the primary aim of providing temporary refuge and eventually new homes for abandoned, abused, unwanted and death row dogs.
The independent, non-profit, non-government funded, organisation is run primarily by Sharyn and Russell Banks.
All dogs coming to Red Collar Rescue are vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and desexed prior to being made available for sale to the public.
