Be Active, Be Alive term four class timetable is out now.

Residents can get fit for free with Bundaberg Regional Council’s Be Active, Be Alive free fitness program.

Term four of the popular programs started on Monday 16 October, with the new timetable now available here.

All sessions are presented by qualified fitness providers who bring along the fitness equipment required for the exercise session.

Fitness classes on offer are designed to suit a range of ages and fitness levels, with activities including Boxfit, Pickleball and Yoga.

New to the program this term is Line Dancing with Childers Country Line Dancers.

Classes will be held around the Bundaberg Region, with pool-based program H2O on offer in Bundaberg, Childers and Gin Gin (pool entry fee applies).

All classes are free, with no prior registration required.

Participants are advised to bring a towel and water bottle, and to wear a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.

Be Active, Be Alive sessions are designed for adults over the age of 18.

Children are welcome to attend sessions however the supervision and safety of children remains the responsibility of parents and guardians and not the fitness provider.
