The Bulldogs will return to their home-away-from-home for round 24 of the 2024 NRL season as they once again take on the Dolphins at Salter Oval.
The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs home game will take place from 3 pm at Salter Oval on Saturday 17 August.
The Bulldogs return to the Bundaberg Region with the support of the Queensland Government via Tourism and Events Queensland and Bundaberg Regional Council.
In announcing the 2024 draw, the club described the regional match, which will be the third played in Bundaberg, as a headline of the draw.
Bulldogs CEO Aaron Warburton said the club was thrilled to be returning to the much-loved area.
“Last year's event was fantastic,” he said.
“We enjoyed a great match against the Dolphins and this year will mark our third consecutive year in returning to the area.
“The support our Bulldogs family receives in the area is amazing, and it is a round we look forward to every year.
“In 2024, we are committed to raising the bar once again and improving access for our local and travelling Bulldogs fans, as well as creating a memorable viewing and all-around enjoyable match day experience.”

Bundaberg Regional Council Mayor Jack Dempsey said the return of both the Bulldogs and Dolphins for an NRL match would be an economic boost for the region and a boost for local fans.
“Building off the success of delivering the first NRL season game in Bundaberg in 2022, this year’s game delivered the Canterbury Bulldogs their first win in Bundaberg,” Mayor Dempsey said.
“Bundaberg Regional Council is proud to partner with the Bulldogs and State Government to bring this game to our region.
“Council has been able to demonstrate the region’s capacity to host national level rugby league games and would welcome interest to consider future games.”
