When it comes to cooking, Windmill Café owner Joey Caruana likes to think outside the box and by doing so he wowed the audience with his seafood lasagne at this year’s Bundy Flavours.
The sun wasn’t the only thing shining at Bundy Flavours 2019, young and old were smiling from ear-to-ear as they were immersed in delicious fresh fruit and vegetables grown in the Bundaberg Region.
Bundaberg Organic Gardeners tantalised the taste buds of visitors as they gave out samples of their home-grown organic ginger and lemon or mint teas at the ever-popular Bundy Flavours.
Bundy Flavours will begin 7am at Alexandra Park (West) with more than 60 local stallholders ready to display all of their finest produce and food products.
