The Generator Bundaberg has appointed Tamar Boas as the new Community Manager of the premium co-working space, located at the top floor of the Bundaberg General Post Office.

From this week, Ms Boas will be facilitating the daily running of the Generator, including supporting entrepreneurs, freelancer creatives, startups and others who use the heritage listed building as their co-working space office.

“This is my favourite building in the Bundaberg CBD,” said Tamar on her first day.

“It is a beautiful space that inspires creativity and invites collaboration.”

Tamar will be working Tuesdays to Thursdays and is looking forward to connecting with anyone who is looking for an air-conditioned office in the Bundaberg CBD, including free WiFi, access to a private meeting room and regular networking events.

Owned and operated by Bundaberg Enterprise Centre Association Inc. since January 2019, The Generator provides a space for local entrepreneurs to gather, work and support one another to grow their businesses and to drive innovation within the Bundaberg community.

The Generator offers:

  • Co-working memberships – offered at affordable rates and on flexible terms
  • Venue and room hire – offering unique and well-appointed meeting and event facilities
  • Events and activities that support startups, local entrepreneurs and innovators.

“I would like to invite people to get in touch and check out the historic clock-tower building,” said Ms Boas

“We offer a funky, relaxed and engaging environment to support and nurture the business community.”
