Event organiser Kev Davies ready to make some noise in Bundaberg

Event organiser Kev Davies said it will be a great event.

“Round one was held at Toowoomba kart club and was a huge success,” Kev said.

“We will be having 5 senior classes of kart racing, 5 circuits in a series of races, 5 champions of the series and lots of social karting where we have fun.

“Drivers are coming from as far afield as Grafton in the south to Townsville in the north and everywhere in between.”

Truly a sport for all

“It’s truly a sport for young and old alike.”

The Bundaberg Kart Club is excited about the Noisy Tour coming to Bundaberg for the first time.

Vice President Andrew Wagner said this weekend's Noisy Tour will be a fun event for drivers and spectators.

“It will be great experience for our drivers to compete against some of the best, with up to 16 in a field of males and females racing together.

“That will also make it great for spectators, with really, really good racing and free admission.”

The official opening will be held at 1.45 on Saturday, with racing throughout the afternoon.

Racing will continue on Sunday from 8am til around 1pm.

Bundaberg Kart Club’s canteen will be open and Andrew promises it will be worth a visit.

“Our Canteen Manager Sonia is doing a great job, with good quality and great priced food and drinks.”

If you like your kart racing loud and fast go along to Round Two of the Noisy Tour this Saturday and Sunday at Bundaberg Kart Club, Dromeside Raceway, University Drive, West Bundaberg.
