After-school activities are about to get a lot more fun for Bundaberg kids when Pumped Sport comes to town.
Featuring a giant inflatable obstacle course called Ninja Dash, children will delight in exploring and conquering the action-packed 75-minute event when it comes to the region this Friday.
According to owner Wayne Hanrahan, Pumped Sport was all about getting kids moving and having fun in the process.
“We do this by having exciting and engaging events that use our specially designed interactive inflatables,” he said.
“Pumped Sport events are non-competitive free play-based events, which allow children to explore and try new things at their own pace.
“We incorporate short, fun and fast paced games into our events to encourage team work, build new friendships and keep everyone having a great time.”
Wayne said Pumped Sport had multiple event themes with a rotation through 20-plus inflatables to keep this fresh and exciting.
He said while the company was based in Rockhampton the organisation took part in week long trips to the Wide Bay Region, to run afternoon events and fundraisers at local schools and morning events for under 5s.
“We also run events every school holidays at the Multiplex Centre,” he said.
The next local Pumped Sport event will be held at Bundaberg Christian College this Friday, 13 March from 3.15pm to 4.30pm.
The Ninja Dash obstacle course has been designed to be challenging yet inclusive for all ages from toddler to Year 6, with obstacles varying from the slow balance focused beams to the fast paced dodging Gauntlet Splash
The cost is $15 for four to 12 year olds and $10 for two and three year olds.
