Roast sweet potato hummus ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • tin of chickpeas
  • salt and pepper


  • Bake sweet potato, onion and garlic on 180 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Combine with rinsed chickpeas in a food processor
  • Add salt and pepper and water to help combine
  • Serve hot or cold
  • Cover and store in fridge for up to a week
