Brilliant Boston looking for his forever home

Boston forever home
Boston is looking for his forever home, available for adoption from RSPCA Bundaberg.

Boston is a one-year-old German shepherd cross kelpie who is looking for his forever home, available for adoption from RSPCPA Bundaberg.

Boston has huge potential but, up until now, the only life he has known is roaming around someone's back yard.

Being part German shepherd and part kelpie, he has a quick mind and high energy levels.

He would thrive with a guardian who wants to put time into his positive reinforcement training.

He is playful and loves a good ball game.

He will need time to adjust if he finds a new guardian who is willing to let him live indoors.

Boston will need puppy-style toilet training and he may experience some separation distress if left alone indoors.

For this reason, a safe outdoor area may be beneficial for time that he needs to spend on his own.

He has lived with children in the past and thoroughly enjoyed their company and interacted appropriately with them, so the team at RSPCA are open to the right family with dog-savvy respectful kids.

Boston is not a huge fan of either cats or male dogs but he may be able to co-habit with a suitable, sociable female companion.

A dog meet and greet would be essential in this situation.

Boston needs high, secure fencing and a high quality diet to maintain his gorgeous good looks and fabulous physique.

Boston's adoption fee is $350 which includes his desexing, health check, microchip as well as up-to-date vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
