Bundaberg Regional Council will be replacing a stormwater pipe in the road at the intersection of Avoca Street and O’Connell Street, Millbank from Monday 27 February.
The work will be undertaken weekdays during the hours of 6 am and 4 pm.
Weather permitting, work is estimated to be completed within three weeks.
Avoca Street will be closed from Penny Street to O’Connell Street for the duration of these works. Appropriate signage will be erected to guide motorists around the works.
The site supervisor will liaise with directly affected residents to facilitate property access during construction.
Bundaberg Regional Council is aware of the inconvenience construction work causes and thanks residents and road users in advance for their patience and co-operation.
