Locals will have more of a bounce in their step when indoor inflatable playground, Inflatable World Bundaberg, comes to town.

Opening on 1 April, Colin and Ashlee Kinnest said they were excited to provide the community with the inflatable playground as Bundaberg Indoor Sports Centre expands its business to fill a gap in the region.

“Ashlee and I have owned the Bundaberg Indoor Sports Centre going on six years this June,” Colin said.

“With two young children of our own, we knew Bundaberg was missing an opportunity for young children or people young at heart.”

Along with inflatable slides, Inflatable World Bundaberg will also have obstacle courses, jump areas, ninja walls and interactive ball games.

Since announcing the plans to open Inflatable World Bundaberg on social media the local community has shown significant support.

Inflatable World director Brett Clark said he was excited to partner with Bundaberg Indoor Sports Centre to bring the new venture to the Bundaberg Region.

“We are glad to bring a fun and safe activity-based product to children and families in the Bundaberg Region and excited that it is something the community is looking for,” Brett said.

“Inflatable World venues are the biggest indoor inflatable playgrounds in Australia.

“Designed to be fun for the whole family and great for birthday parties, holiday programs and general fun.

“It is another activity that will be run out of the existing sports centre.”

Brett said Colin and Ashlee approached Inflatable World Australia to make the Inflatable World product available in the region.

“Inflatable World Australia has locations all across Australia and primarily partners with existing indoor sports operators to utilise their facilities on weekends and school holidays,” Brett said.

“The partnership requirements are for operators with such indoor sports facilities that have available space, a proven history in the delivery of active products and a high level of customer service experience which was found with the Colin and Ashlee as operators of Bundaberg Indoor Sports.”

Inflatable World Bundaberg will officially open at 9 am on 1 April and will be open every day of the school holidays, as well as public holidays, at Bundaberg Indoor Sports Centre, 29 Bolewski Street, Bundaberg.
