A new shade sail will be installed at Habitat Estate Park in Branyan, extending the available sun protection to cover the playground equipment.
Work will commence on Tuesday 2 May, continuing until Friday 19 May, weather permitting.
The shade sail installation follows on from the installation of the new playground in 2021.
An adventure fort with slide, seesaw and swing set were added to the area along with additional pathways and a shelter.
The installation of the shade sails continues the upgrade program for Bundaberg region playgrounds.
For the safety of the community the Habitat Estate Park playground will be fenced off during the installation period.
