Local sport, health and fitness groups are warming up for the annual Move it Expo which kicks off at the Bundaberg Multiplex this Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm.
The popular and free Bundaberg Regional Council community event provides a central hub for locals to find out more about the health and wellbeing options available to them throughout the region.
The stage program will get pulses racing with demonstrations from Coral Coast Self Defence and Taekwondo, City Fit, Cane Country Squares and Baylando Latin Fusion.
There will also be 50 stallholders in attendance offering information on a range of sporting clubs as well as recreation and wellbeing groups, from pickleball and pilates to nutrition and naturopathy.
A highlight for this year’s event will be the free Move it Expo After Party where guests can join ‘Zumba with Bec’ for some Latin-inspired dance fitness fun from 6 to 7.30 pm.
