From health, fitness, technology and more, there will be plenty of information on offer at the 2019 Seniors Forum and Expo: Seniors First next month.

Bundaberg Regional Council’s Community and Cultural Services portfolio spokesperson Cr Judy Peters said this year’s event would be bigger than ever before, with a forum and expo running concurrently in the one day.

“There will be a range of informative presentations from industry experts exploring various topics such as dementia, My Health record, Advanced Health Directives, the Public Trustee services and more,” Cr Peters said.

“Each presentation will be limited to 15 minutes and will run through the day with an opportunity to speak to the presenter later at their stall.”

“Then, take the time to meander through the many fantastic seniors-friendly stalls from local organisations and businesses.”

Registrations are now open for interested stallholders wanting to participate in this well attended event.

Cr Peters said the forum and expo would provide opportunities for organisations to showcase their services.

“What a fantastic opportunity to get the word out there to our seniors community in the Bundaberg Region,” Cr Peters said.

The 2019 Seniors Forum and Expo will be held on Tuesday 26 March 2019 from 8.30 am to 1 pm at the Bundaberg Multiplex.

Exhibitors registration closes on 15 March and can be made at https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=454949&
