Rendezvous at the Zoo
While enjoying your Rendezvous at the Zoo breakfast you can watch a monkey feeding and experience animal encounters.

If a morning spent dining with dingoes or munching with monkeys sounds good, then don’t miss your chance to secure tickets for the Milbi Festival’s exclusive Rendezvous at the Zoo.

Held on Saturday 23 November, a very limited number of tickets are available for the continental-style breakfast that gives participants before-hours access to the facility.

Zoo staff will be on hand to provide insights in to the animals on display and facilitate animal encounters throughout the morning.

Bundaberg Regional Council Cultural and Community Services portfolio spokesperson Cr Judy Peters said the breakfast event was a must for animal lovers.

“The morning will start with some time to focus on the delicious local treats prepared by HSG at the Gardens before moving to a focus on the animals,” Cr Peters said.

“The behind-the-scenes experience will include watching the monkeys munch on their own breakfast and snake and dingo encounters.

“Anyone who would like to stay on after breakfast can also participate in a guided tour of the facility to hear first-hand from our zoo keepers about the fascinating animals that call Alexandra Park Zoo home.”
