Bundaberg resident Denise Hodder has created this simple choc banana smoothie which is sure to be a hit with those who have a sweet tooth.
Denise is no stranger to sharing her great recipes throughout the community and beyond.

Choc banana smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas
- 350 mls of milk
- 2 heaped tsp of cocoa
- 1 to 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbs vanilla yoghurt
- pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
Method:
- Add all ingredients and mix well together in blender or food processor until smooth
- More milk can be added for a thinner consistency
