The Snap Send Solve mobile app provides an easy and convenient way for residents and visitors to report faults and issues.
To report an issue to Council via the app:
- Download the Snap Send Solve app on your smart phone
- Identify a fault or issue that needs fixing
- Take a photo of the fault or issue
- Send the photo to Bundaberg Regional Council to have it solved
The app is available to download from the relevant app store on mobile.
