Captivating audiences across regional Australia, music sensation Brad Cox will bring his Yarns and Yodels solo tour to the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.
Carving a remarkable path in the country music scene, Brad has captivated audiences with his authentic spirit and down-to-earth persona.
Unlike the full Brad Cox band rock show, the Yarns and Yodels tour is an intimate and up-close experience showcasing Brad’s versatility as an artist.
Yarns and Yodels is a rich and diverse show featuring Brad’s talents, traversing from upbeat country pop to moving piano ballads.
Infused in Brad’s performance is his distinctive and humorous storytelling, which promises not only a much-loved sing-a-long but also a good laugh.
Brad said the concept for the Yarns and Yodels shows was born out of the pandemic.
“After stripping back the show to an acoustic, sit-down, solo setting during lockdown, I fell in love with the format again,” Brad said.
“It forced me to re-learn songs and play them as they were written.
“I enjoyed it so much, I wanted to recreate these shows, but take it one step further and out of the pubs and into intimate theatres.
“I have road-tested it a bunch of times, and now I am keen to take it far and wide.”
The announcement of the Yarns and Yodels tour comes hot on the heels of the remarkable success of his recent headline shows and the overwhelming response to his new acclaimed album Acres.
Acres topped the ARIA Country Charts, and won the Golden Guitar award for Top Selling Australian Country Album of the Year at the recent Tamworth Country Music Festival.
